Rooms were reasonably spacious and tidy, had a work desk, flat-screen TV, and a seating area as well as smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Its location was marvellous, just a short walk away from a regency-style church.

The setting was convenient. I was in a tidy room with good facilities and slept amazingly well. All staff were helpful.

The Pros of my stay were mind-blowing! The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen had all the basic facilities I needed. The location was super convenient, and even though there was no reception, the self check-in process was easy with clear instructions sent to my mobile device. The customer service from Paymans club was jaw-droppingly helpful, and they quickly provided me with coffee pods when I asked. The spacious and well-equipped studio was a steal for the price, and the free WiFi was a bonus. a fantastic stay with all the amenities I needed!

Enjoyed that it included an electric kettle, a microwave and a sofa bed. There was a bath in the private bathroom. Its location was magnificent, 10 minutes' drive to The Backs.

The location of the accommodation was perfect, situated in a convenient area that made it easy for me to navigate around the city. the room had all the essentials I needed for my stay, which made it a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

The requirement for a deposit was unusual, and the online system for leaving a deposit did not work smoothly, causing unnecessary stress and discomfort. The staff's inflexibility on the phone and their insistence on the deposit, despite previous agreements, left a negative impression on me.
